If you want to cancel, return or modify an order, you must inform us within a maximum period of 24 hours from when you placed it.
If your order has already been shipped, you must pick up the order when it is delivered and contact us immediately on the day of receipt. The total value of the order will be returned only when the merchandise is an assortment error or is defective from origin. The refund will be made in the same way the payment was made.
Products must be returned unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging in good condition. The state in which the product is found before making the refund will be considered.
If the return is for another reason, the shipping and return costs will not be refunded.
Both shipping costs and return costs, including customs costs and local taxes, will be the responsibility of the customer. If the return costs exceed the value of the merchandise to be returned, the remaining balance will be charged in the same way as the original payment.
